Alarm Clock Xtreme includes options to prevent excessive snoozing and get you out of bed. It can even automatically disable when it detects that you're traveling to work or school (uses GPS).

Add this alarm clock to the ignore list in task killer applications on Android 2.1 and below. Phone must be on for alarm to work.
